Media feed

See more. Assume less.

A media-first view needs more than thumbnails. Each item must carry accessible metadata, a verified content reference, and playback consent.

Dedicated endpoint unavailable

Required response contract

A feed needs provenance before personality.

Manifest
Signed content hash, media type, dimensions, and duration
Accessibility
Alt text, captions, transcript, and content warning
Retrieval
Hash-checked gateway with bounded resource policy

No compatible response

No posts were substituted from the home feed.

This route remains separate so a future provider cannot silently relabel one ranking recipe as another. Until its typed response is verified, the result is intentionally empty.

Access

Metadata is part of the post

Missing alt text, captions, or transcripts remains visible instead of being silently ignored.

Consent

Playback is a choice

Motion, sound, data use, and sensitive material begin behind viewer-controlled defaults.

Integrity

Gateways do not define truth

Every retrieved byte is bounded and checked against its signed reference before display.
